Mustafa has joined Memorial in 2018 as hospitality services director after 30 years of extensive experience in a leading international hotel group and a multi brand hotel management company.
Following his graduation from Tourism and Hotel Management Faculty at the Bosphorus University, he started working in Istanbul and moved to various location within the organization such as Adana, Mersin, Bucharest, Ankara. Mustafa gained experience in both operations and commercial functions of the hotel management such as front office, catering, guest services, revenue management, sales, business development and general management. He has also lead many successful hotel openings and rebranding projects both in Turkey and various countries in Europe while working as regional director. He specializes in luxury branding, top tier hospitality management, multinational staff management and has a strong background in international operation standards.
